19th Century Mahogany Cutlery Box, C1890 chidrens rooms decor 5cm (actual sign)A beautiful 19th century mahogany cutlery box with a double lid design, the original green baize lining and a brass carrying handle. It would have been used to transport precious silver cutlery and pieces like this were an important part of a well appointed Victorian household. There are some scratches and teeny chips and one side is a little loose but the green baize has survived beautifully and adds to its character. It is a lovely piece to store
